If you call the sender (not the number they want you to call), you would find out it is a frustrated youth that would start insulting ans blocking numbers.

Pick your phone and call him, threaten him to send your money within 10minutes if not you will tract him down wherever he is and kil.l him. He never receive calls from strange number again.
