He had 6 bad controls. The highest in the match...on BOTH sides.

Our striker didn't just have 0 shots on target, he did not shoot at all in this match. 0 shots on or off target.

But yes, great holdup, passing, and control

Nothing concerns me with goals conceded so far we convert our big chances. Nobody remembers the defenders that messed up as City conceded 2 against Palace, their attack scored 4 and collected the maximum points.

Since February we dey concede a minimum of two goals every match.

You people just don't want to admit that the attack and defence are equally shitty and that half of that is due to terrible coaching.

6 shots, 3 shots on target against Sheffield United.

1 from Palmer and 1 from Madueke

The only shots our attack managed to get on target against the worst defence in the league.

In their previous 3 matches, Sheffield conceded
29 shots from Liverpool
24 shots from Fulham
32 shots from Bournemouth.

We didn't draw our last match because we outscored the opponent, with our 4 goals. So your 5-5 story is trash.

Kill the match when you have the chance and put it beyond the opponent's reach.

How can a striker not manage to kick the ball at the keeper all game?

Attack keeps discharging its duty by not only scoring a goal but at least scoring two.

On the part of the defense, it keeps failing at its job. It couldn't stop swallowing goals.

How a department doing fine with its job role is blamed and a failing department is exonerated is amazing.

When I say your striker, I'm talking generally, not ascribing him personally to you.

Based on any metric, Jackson had a stinker. 15 passes all game is terrible.

But the most damning metric of all is 0 shots in first half, 0 shots in second half.

Which is why I said, people will see whatever they want to see.

"If we beat Sheffield United, we will be 3 points behind 6th place Manchester United with a game in hand".

People will watch this match and see how f*cking Sheffield is creating chances against us but once we concede, it will be "let's all blame the defenders". Bring back terry and carvalho and I am very sure we will still be conceding stupidly. Our defensive issues is a structural problem not a personnel problem.
