We urge the leadership of the PDP to prioritize internal cohesion, transparency, and accountability in all party affairs. The future of the party and the trust of its members depend on it. Let this be a wake-up call for all stakeholders to uphold the values of democracy and ensure the PDP remains a beacon of hope for all Nigerians.

What Nyesom Wike is doing to the party is unfortunate and not practiced in any setting where attempt is made to strengthen democracy, but it's sadly, reaction to earlier actions by some within the same party. People like Tambuwal betrayed him and he (Wike) prepared a more painful, bitter and cancerous betrayal that has not only held the party by the jugular but snuffed life out of its existence.

If APC interfered in PDP affairs, it was because a leadership vacuum was left especially by those who are only interested in party affairs during elections when they have something to gain.

(1) PDP needs fresh leadership to build the party.

(2) Atiku has shown he lacks capacity to rally the PDP to lead the opposition. They can reach out to Mr Peter Obi to bring his Obidient elements. Atiku needs to be retired since he has no interest in the party beyond elections.

(3) Wike needs to leave the party or be expelled.
