Someone is building boreholes that will work with or without light all over the country with his hard earned money and you are comparing it with someone who uses government money at overbloated budget to do a project that may not even work for once. The reasonable question you don’t ask is who pays for the maintenance and power for this your Ketu borehole?

Peter Obi is doing what is called sustainable development. This his borehole will work once there is a human being in that community.

Get quality education… you won’t.
