I lived in Owerri and I am from Anambra,water is not an issue in both states than when we were growing up in Lagos,in both states people open borehole in front of their houses for people to get water for free everyday
Almost every house has a borehole in Owerri,even common hostels too,most hostels have their own borehole compared to some people that dig well in their region and the well when fetched too much,changes color

Acess to government provided water or access to private provided water.
In all these states mention above, I don't think the government has provided 20% of the water.

I can't even live in that slum of a region. After my service year, I ran immediately to my state. SW? Very backward region
