40 minutes ago, Iran concluded a series of phone calls with Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arabs Emirates:

It informed them of the possibility that American bases on their territory may be destroyed in the coming battle, should they get directly involved (including ISR)

Also depending on the nature of any action by the Americans, Iran may treat these countries as belligerents and target them directly too.

It advised these countries to shutdown the American bases and also kick out the Israeli embassies (secret or overt).

Here is the ISR coverage Iran is up against.
There are powerful radars (AN/TPY-2), spread over three countries, manned by the USAF: 🇮🇱🇸🇦🇦🇪

Before a serious missile strike is launched against Iran, these sites must be destroyed using hypersonic missiles.
