Achieved THIS WITH ONLY 400 Naira. You Don't Have To Break The Bank To Eat Healt by Jewessgratitud3(op): 11:34am On Apr 12, 2024*

I thought of what to eat this morning that will give me energy to go to the market later in the day and get soup condiments. I figured out light breakfast doesn't last and will not achieve that feat for me as I'll end up hungry and too tired to even move an inch in a few mins. You all know how light weight bread is nowadays so I came up with this nutritious meal.

I had leftover rice from yesterday, tiny stew like one table spoon cheesy

. I just quickly arranged.
Ugu. 100
Crayfish 100
Fresh pepper 200 and made this delicious vegetable stew. I was generous with the onions and it tasted good.

At least this will keep me full till I finish with market runs and making soup for the weekend.

Yeah the crayfish and vegetable take the taste to another level. I prefer this to blended tomatoes stew.
