What we should be asking is if the penalty is too much or not and what did the law say about it.
You can't defend a crime by saying others are doing the crime so u are not guilty.

Bobrisky admitted his guilt and saved the court's time. I thought the judge would listen to his plea and be a little lenient on him. Apparently he was nailed to serve as a lesson. If the jail term was more by the law, the judge probably would have punished him with it.

But we must ask if it was fair, having so quickly concluded the matter. Was there an underlying factor that we did not know, especially with the judge asking about his sex from him.

Hopefully seeing other trending videos, the authorities can also be swift with arresting and prosecuting the offenders, as proof to the public that Bobrisky was not witch-hunted.
