Nice, but where is the bitter leaf in this soup naw, besides i don't like chicken in my SOUP, i would go with meat, fresh fish, dried fish and oporoko and ponmo.

I don't want the bitter leaf to be too much. So i got those tiny ones.

I didn't use chicken. I used beef and the white muscle. The beef is under while the muscle is what you see on top.

The last time I used stock fish and Pomo the soup tasted bitter in my mouth. in fact that was when the sickness (I'm just recovering from) started and I threw it away with everything. Now I'm being careful what I use so it doesn't affect my soup again..

It's either pounded yam, Amala or no swallow.
