Now that Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the President of Nigeria, who is now the National Leader of the All Progressive Congress ?

Because when Muhammadu Buhari was President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was Touted as the National Leader of the APC...

Now that Baba is the President, who did he anoint, appoint, choose or selected as the New National Leader of the APC ?

Or is President Tinubu both the National Leader of the APC and the President of Nigeria ?

If that is the case, why was President Buhari not the National Leader of the APC while he was the sitting President...
