How often do these trains run?
Is it every 15 minutes or every 30 minutes?

But the stupid albino is just idling away the second tenure for nothing.
I never see a useless governor like Dapo Abiodun. Sango - Abeokuta road he was crying Buhari should hand over to him to maintain and toll, Tinubu had since given him the approval September last year, yet the Owambe governor is still confused on what to do about the road till date.

This is what I am talking about !!! Game changing developments like this, I.e interconnection of the SW into one big homogenous economic bloc, is what we supported Tinubu to deliver.

All those hoping for Tinubu’s ousting in 2027, especially the hateful IPOB lot and the disgruntled “owners of Nigeria” mallams from the North, can continue their politics of the Centre rather than focus on developing their States and region per “charity begins at home”.

By the time Tinubu is done, it is Yorubas who will walk anyone who wants the redundant Centre to Aso Rock. They can have the presidency and keep it for life even.

Awolowo part 2 thingymijjig. They were crying back then the SW should be held back because Awolowo had given the progressive and reform-embracing Yorubas advantages that placed them far in front.

Same will happen with Tinubu but this time all progressives people, states and regions of Nigeria will be the beneficiary of a new age of embracing the charity begins at home concept to better yourself if you want to.

If you know, and can see the future, na you be the man.

If you know how i respect Tinubu ehn. Far more than Awolowo. This guy has vision. Go to lekki free trade Zone and see what vision is about. Thise legacy projects ge started in Lagos state are just developing themselves. Now Lagos Calabar coastal road will boost TOURISM and business along that axis. Imagine having a BEACHLINE RESORT close to LEKKI DEEP SEASPORT and LEKKI AIRPORT. Make i just hold on.

The Agbara they refers to is Lagos State part which is along Badagry expressway not inside Agbara ( Ogun state axis), the rail line will stop at Agbara bus stop which is part of Lagos State.

Great! From Agbara, it should be connected to Abeokuta and from Abeokuta taken to Ibadan in conjunction with the Oyo state government ati be be lo.

The company should eventually be listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange so we can trade its shares.

No it can't go that way. This is meant for intercity. I don't even understand why Lagos state government is involving dapo abiodun. We own the express on agbara axis.
The agbara is of two sections, the Lagos section and the Ogun state section.
Lagos don't need to consult Ogun state governor.
If the train would be extended further it would have to get to badagry not Abeokuta.
And if there would be any train getting to Abeokuta it should be the redline.

You're the ignorant one please.
Ogun state has no business with blue line. The original plan was to badagry.

Oga there’s no way at they’ll link a train from Agabra to Abeokuta. Can Ogun state government afford to do the rail within their own state? Or do you expect the Lagos state government to ignore rail going to other parts of Lagos and start building a rail connection for Ogun state?

It’s easier to connect from Agbara to Badagry than from Agbara to Abeokuta or wherever you mentioned.

I think that's the plan: to connect from Badagry to Agbara. Besides, that'll require some level of financial commitment from the OGSG which I don't think Prince Dapo Abiodun is keen on otherwise, the project should've started by now & not still be in talking phase.

Tinubu's Lagos is not even slowing down. The more the haters are hating the faster the projects are being delivered.
Kudos to Mr President!
Kudos to Sanwo Olu!!
Kudos to Agbadorians that made this possible!
Shame to Obidients that said all na audio!!!

We have to involve him because the road will require expansion to accommodate the train station and the rail tracks..
The expansion will encroach into Ogun state land.

Lagos own the road path of agbara leading to badagry. The headline is misleading.
The other side of agbara is in Ogun state while the road side is Lagos.
Once you enter the other side you've entered the city of bad roads

Okay. I'm not familiar with the geography of that area, really. Thanks for further clarifying it.

If the road will require expansion of which I don't think so, then the present construction done from iyana era down to okoafo is a waste of money.
They should have kuku do the permanent extension instead of the partial construction they did.
Presently there is no space for train on the one way road to badagry. The ten lane stop around okomaiko axis except the train takes a separate route beside the main road down to agbara which will actually encroach on Ogun state axis of agbara.

That re construction from Iyana era down to Badagry is done by the federal government and not the state government..
The lagos own stops at okokomaiko..so if LASG want to continue the road it will be 10lanes with rail at the middle..
That is why it will require expansion especially at agbara bus stop..
The Lagos portion in agbara bus stop is too narrow so if ten lanes is to be built there coupled with a train station..the road will extend as far as touching beta glass fence( that’s if you know agbara well)

Lolz
Only the redline can be extended to as far as abeokuta. It will be unproductive and wonderful waste to extend the blue line. The redline is on the same route with the NRC railines which connect Lagos, ogun, oyo and in extension to the north

You're the only one who seem to understand... Is this rail line an afterthought? If not, why didn't they make provision for it on the constructed sections of the Badagry road... Even from the new bridge at Iyano oba, down to Badagry, there's no provision for the rail way...

I don't know how they plan to do it sha, but if constructed it'll go a long way to ease movement on that axis... They can even link it up to Seme border

Na custom and FRSC go lose pass... They no go fit dey stop train to dey search am or arrest people for not having speed limiter on their vehicle

Marina to Mile 2 (15km) took 18 years to complete, Mile 2 to Agbara (30km) will definitely take 36 years to complete. It’s basic maths! Most of us would be grandparents by then.

Funding was the problem then but now, with two phases onstream, they can help in funding other phases WHILE THE STATE SHOP FOR PPP,ALTERNATIVE FOR THE FASTER DELIVERY OF MORE LINES.
