I need someone to design a simple business website for me on an affordable price. The site is to be built on either WordPress or Laravel.

I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED HERE THRICE, ...by so-called "developers". To avoid that this time, I can only agree on "PAY ON DELIVERY"

I don't want someone who will just install themes and plugins and walk away. I can do those ones myself.

It's just a few pages website but will be very responsive and fast.
