The fact that he was paid 3m is enough proof that he actually won. He should get a lawyer involved. But he should also be mindful of the kind of lawyer because most of them are criminals themselves

The criminal cashier don cash out ur the ticket thinking say the game go cut not knowing say the ticket go later win. There's no point going to bet9ja head office because they will always pay full payment if ur ticket win, na the werey cashier go pay u ur money or make him settle u with "LAND".

lawyer to do what lol? They cash out the game and opted for the balance that what those wicked cashiers do mostly. The cashier must drop landed property's nobody send him papa to cash out game

Can the cashier do this In anticipation that the customer will lose a particular game making him withdraw all the money for himself and if it backfires problems..

If they do this then it's very bad, terminating people's games midway in anticipation that they will lose. The agent deserves to be arrested and prosecuted for fraud

It is not advisable to throw away your running ticket if it cut.The cashier might have cash out some won matches.

they do that always, that's why it's better and safe to play bet with ur phone so you can monitor ur ticket urself. Now even the guy that won the 16million is no longer safe.

No be them get their database? Once you win above 900k ,they will first investigate to see if you have multiple accounts. If you do,your wining is gonna be voided.. And there is nothing you can do about it,cux you affirmed to their terms and conditions while signing up..
