I can't find where the Supreme leader of Iran ask the military to learn from Israel. He simply said "learn the enemy's tactics". This is what all militaries do during war.

Secondly, Israel did not hit any S300, it's lies from the media. Military commentators have debunked this. What happened was a poor terrorist attempt to attack which originated from Iran soil. The quadcopters were all shot down in the air. Israel has no claim responsibility till now. As you may be aware, Iran has been targeted by ISIS in this past.
