Hello Nlanders,

I struggle with psoriasis. The last episode started around the first quarter of last year and ended about the first week of this month, when I started taking vitamin C and E tablets, based on a lady cosmetician's recommendation.
It has never been this severe, but I guess my immunity isn't as strong as when I was a younger man. I'm 45 years old.

On the 17th of this month (15/4/2024), I noticed sores on different parts of my head and forehead. They itched and brought out water. Both sides of my back lower neck became swollen, I didn't have much as psoriasis has already left a deep hole in my pocket, so I opted for over the counter medication. The sales girl gave me Novartis tablet for me to take one drug in the morning and one in the evening.

I noticed that Novartis only served to ease the pain, but the condition continued to get worse.

My present employer gave me a full month salary despite that I only worked for seventeen days. On the 21st, I went to general hospital Odan, who directed me to health center, Onikan.
Before I got there, I was running temperature already. They told me they don't have specialists to handle my case. A nurse gave me injection on the buttock, then the doctor administered another one intravenously to contain the situation for a while..

She (the doctor), wrote a note and gave me to take to military hospital, Falomo. I got there in the evening and a lady told me that to see a specialist is 25k, besides the 25k registration that will come earlier, after which I will be paying 25k for each day I will be on admission.
I turned back and was about to exit the gate when she called me back, and stated that I can be coming as an out patient, so I should come the next day morning, 22nd, as it was getting dark already.

I got there today, was giving a form to fill, after completing the form, I was asked to go and pay 25k upstairs. I had just 23k, I went back to Onikan hospital to plead with them to continue with the treatment but they refused, directed to Gbagada general hospital. Gbagada hospital has already referred me to 3 different hospitals, with the explanation that I need to be on admission so specialists can take charge of the case.

Specialists in the house, please can you suggest drugs for me?
I don't have the amount of money they are expecting me to cough out.
