A Kano State High Court presided over by Justice Usman Mallam Na’Abba has vacated its earlier order affirming the suspension of Abdullahi Ganduje as National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, APC.

Recall that one Haladu Gwanjo and Laminu Sani Barguma who claimed to be the Chairman and Secretary of the APC at Ganduje Ward in Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area of the state had secured an order suspending Mr Ganduje as the chairman of the party.

Justice Na’Abba however vacated his earlier order upon reading a Motion Ex-Parte together with 27 paragraph affidavit in support and a written address dated April 22, sworn to by one Glory Adah, a litigation secretary in the 4th respondent solicitors law firm.

“And after hearing, Mr. L. O. Oyewo Esq, with A. Falana Esq and J. Essiet Esq counsel’s of the 4th Respondent/Applicant, an order of interim injunction is hereby granted,” he said.

“The Interim injunction order is for staying of the execution of the order of interim injunction contained in the ruling of the court delivered on the April 17, directing parties to maintain status qou ante on April 15 in relation to the suspension of the 4th respondent/applicant from the 1st respondent by the Ganduje Ward Executive Committee pending the hearing and determination of the 4th respondent/applicant Motion on Notice,” the latest order read.

The judge then adjourned to April 30 for hearing.

You don't have to lie to defend your party.

The US is a true federal state.
The president only controls foreign policy, the military and federal apparatus.
Every other other thing belong to the states.

When Trump was in power, many democrat states were openly encouraging and protecting
illegal immigrants and he couldn't do jack about it because he lacks the power to dictate to states.

On the issue of "destroying" Trump.
Trump has no legal issue with Biden's federal government.

He is being tried by New York.
The funny thing is that Trump's popularity rose sharply immediately a possible trial

You mean Ike High Chief James Onanefe Ibori who was jailed in UK along with his wife, sister in-law, married mistress, and lawyer for looting Delta State. And while serving jail terms in UK, he nominated and appointed the next governor of the state. What a state!
