The Governor has immunity as provided for in the constitution, however the immunity covers ONLY for Criminal Prosecution not Investigation. If not that the crook Governor has immunity he would be in soup as well because he was the accountant general of Kogi local government funds where this looting also happpened. Shame on all Nigerian politicians |
