Anybody who believes Yaya Bello has beef with President Tinubu is a joke. This statement is designed to dismiss the notion that there is any animosity between the two leaders. Meanwhile, Media have been awashed by all forms of lies, by paid agents of Yaya Bello. Saying, Bello is being persecuted instead of prosecution. Isn't good for EFCC to come out clean for public too?

Well, even the US president speaks on a wide range of general issues. For me, it can't all start and end in the courtroom since the trial won't be televised. The EFCC chairman has the right to speak as he did, and Bello also has the right to emerge from his hidden den to challenge the EFCC. If Bello is innocent, why hide?

Love him or hate him this bwala guy is a sound guy, procedurally however efcc despite having a good case against GYB are making mistakes and with very good lawyers on his side along with the enormous resources at his disposal GYB will soon be laughing out of the courts

Assuming EFCC forcefully arrest Yahaya Bello the other day not minding the rented crowd and his security details, EFCC would still be blamed for not according him respect being a former governor. EFCC exercised restraint if not Yahaya would have been arrested with his doors and walls brought down. In all of this Bwala isn't outraged by the 720,000 dollars allegedly taken from Kogi state account by Bello and used to pay his child school fees, all what Bwala sees is the allegations by the EFCC chair against Bello and the respect duly accorded him in inviting him to appear for investigation. Assuming he's treated as a commoner for resisting arrest as regards the law being no respecter of anyone, People would still have come hard on EFCC for high handedness

I don't see anything morally wrong with what the EFCC Boss has done.

The wrong thing I see here is this Lawyer trying to say that EFCC has no right to grant that Press Conference in the first place.

Yahaya Bello knows the reason why he doesn't want to stand trial. The Guy was so wicked and remorseless in his governance style that everyone he has hurt will besiege the Courts to lay credence to how lawful his trial is.

A Governor that refused to pay some categories of workers in Kogi State for a whole 7 years isn't a Human Being in the first place.

Yahaya Bello is a politician and EFCC is not about politics but an institution that supposed to be non partisan.
Simple, EFCC supposed to investigate offender quietly, get proper evidence to nail the offender then go to court or start the prosecuting process. What's their business with the media. The media should obtain their information from the court processes.

Is not a complete shame that former AGF, Adoke that went on exile, EFCC declared him wanted, we were told several crimes in his charge sheet by EFCC, he was bundled into this country in jastapo style using Interpol, only for EFCC to tell the court that they have no evidence to prosecute him again, is that the type of EFCC we want.
The same path they are towing with Yahaya Bello now.

This is a government case not a private or mafia case. The facts are with government and same government is prosecuting itself.
