COMRADES, and Reno Omokri is not seeing this current happening, all he is concerned is Peter Obi did not build a single school in Anambra State during his tenure as a governor
The useless and biased Omokri has turned blind eyes on this case because it involves the evil APC

This is wrong; you cannot shut the school down. EFCC should go and deal with Bello who paid tuition fees in advance. If your father decides to pay your tuition fees from year 1 to final year in the university, why would you call that aiding and abetting crimes? So, it's not the school's fault that Bello used public funds to pay for education services.

In countries like the US and UK, EFCC may not even receive the full amount. The school will deduct tuition fees for services rendered so far and charges/taxes on the sum received. Afterwards, they refund the balance. That's why some UK schools don't refund tuition fees in full if their embassy rejects your visa application.

Why does the law talk about and also charge accomplice? undecided

Like they say, ignorance is not an excuse before the law ⚖. The school should be sanctioned to serve as deterrent to others...
