13ys you dragged this simple case that could have been solved amicably out of court by either refunding the promoter's money or rescheduling the concert .

You had to wait until they dragged you to court were you lost and instead of accepting the decision of the court you went on to appeal the case up to the Supreme court.

Even the PSquare guys are extremely wicked.. They couldn't pay off Mr Patrick when they failed to show up at his event after being paid, but they had money to pay lawyers to frustrate him and drag the matter right up to the Supreme Court ...

In this kind of situation, the court further awarding exemplary damages of like 300m against PSquare would have set a deterrent against such disgusting behaviour...
