2. You haven’t been updating the firmware. So, Outdated firmware can sometimes cause connectivity issues. Make sure that your LG TV has the latest firmware installed.

Look for a means to update via flash stick

@Graceglory, a beautiful evening to you. Please my Sony Led Brivia Screen is displaying abnormal strip colours- but still displays.( I guess the screen is expired, since the TV is 9 years +)

Please where can I get the screen replaced, Alaba or Arena. And how much should I budget for repairs.

or (using manuel updating. .....e.g downloading the file first on USB, then insert on your tv)
