Is it a crime to have a sea port at Baro in Niger state and is economic development when the sea port is in Onne or anywhere in the South?

U are very stuuuupid. During the colonial days goods were shipped from the coast to Baro. 64 years later the idea seems like something from space 999. I think this generation and people like u who have low iq cannot fathom that such idea is feasible.
