Nokio2: Funny as it may sound, they do so in the United Arab Emirates. Funds are approved for the National Center of Meteorology to carry out the operation using aircrafts and ground based generators. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_seeding_in_the_United_Arab_Emirates They spend an average of $20 million dollars yearly for that shit. That is like 27 Billion Naira plus at today’s exchange rate, and Nigeria is 11 times larger than the UAE. We go soon start really need am for Nigeria. |

BewareOf419:So it's God that creates rain, whenever he wants it to fall it would and whenever he doesn't he won't allow it? So God gives excessive, destructive rainfall to some areas leading to loss of lives and property, displacement and suffering while he doesn't allow rain to fall at all in other areas, where there used to be regular rainfall, leading to inability to farm, hunger, famine, starvation leading to death of animals and humans?
