abc115:You spoilt it by mentioning tinubu. It was Buhari's effort from start to finish. The contractors were busy at work even before and after Tinubu's inauguration. Good job. But stop creating a country of double standards. This 20 km Ihialla-Orlu federal road between Anambra and Imo States has been like this for ages. The Ekwulobia-Orlu section of Awka-Ekwulobia-Ideato-Orlu-Umuaka-Owerri federal highway has been unusable since a bridge was not built before Buhari military govt struck in 1983. Going from Awka to Owerri has been like a circumnavigation. 7 Likes
