Alfortal Media is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing customer service team.

A. About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing exceptional telephone support. Your responsibilities will include:

* Proactive Outbound Calling: You will conduct 30 outbound calls daily (Monday - Friday) with an average duration of 5 minutes each.
* Appointment Setting: Following these calls, you will schedule appointments for clients to speak with a supervisor to address their specific needs.
* Daily Reporting: By 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm daily, you will submit concise reports to your supervisor detailing client interactions. All calls will be recorded and attached to the reports for quality assurance purposes.

B. Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
* A positive and professional attitude
* Proficiency in using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Capcut & Canva.

C. Requirements:
* A functional phone with a battery life of at least 7 hours
* A call recorder app installed
* A powerbank (Not compulsory)
* A note book to take quick notes

D. Benefits & Commissions:

* Salary of N25,000 monthly
* Communication allowance of N1500 Weekly
* Target is N10million monthly.
If this target is met, 5% commission of N500,000 will be shared amongst team members according to percentage of whose client made a purchase that hit the target.
- There is a weekly bonus of N25,000 for the best performer in a weekly task
E.g. most booked appointments.

E. Disciplinary Measure
- No calling in a noisy place
- No unprofessional conversation
- No absence from daily duties if you must do then Saturday will have to cater for that missed day

NOTE: Once any of these 3 commandments are broken, the CSO is evicted with no compensation and replaced by someone else at the end of the week.
