Nigerian Internet fraudsters hardly develop malwares and other viruses. They only betray your trust or work on your greed.

Very dull EFCC Chairman, how incompetent of him to even say this.
As the chairman of an anti-fraud graft, you should be exposed to world-class tech tools and should never be impressed by local hackers that buy tools online. I can understand being impressed by a Vietnamese or Russian hacker but a local one like those dirty boiz in Lekki or Lutech?
