professorPABX: All that you detailed except the Ibadan part that affected Chief Afe Babalola, is well known to me. Despite that I am still under 40yrs of age. The sophisticated Yorubas are the problem we Yorubas would have in the long run. Akotiletas! I would say I belong to that category, but the happenings in the Jonathan regime and my experience on Nairaland, gave me a bird-eye view to all that was happening in the minds of those I thought were my fellow country men 6 Likes 1 Share |

That young dude called Tayo Aina who is also a member of NL has to read this and more to get himself updated on the law and the true situation of things being a graduate of real estate himself and not speak from the point of pure ignorance while misleading some of his 1 million followers. DMerciful: Someone who was sold a parcel of land to establish his business, decided to encroach on federal government owned beach that nobody sold to him. Many did same like him and were all enriched by this illegal act. Now the FG has come to reclaim the said beach to implement an interstate project, but all Igbos are supporting their Igbo land encroacher and making him an only victim when the FG is the actual victim. When will Igbos evolve beyond this clannish approach to issues? 6 Likes 1 Share |

Freebills12:So the Ariyo that is a point of discourse who didn't make noise about all this is a political enemy too? Wow...some of you just talk because you have a huge gaping hole in your face. Ahn ahn imagine someone in the 21st century asking what is the use of that road on that beach? Does landmark or any other business there own the beach? All this victim mentality won't do you and your ilks any good! Well, one thing I know neither Landmark or anybody can stop the ongoing project. If you like build UN building there it will go down. 3 Likes |

KennethOkonkwo:If your definition of hypocrite means saying the right thing, yes I'm one. I don't care about what Obi or your master is saying. The fact remains that there are roads more important should channel that resources to. It doesn't matter if it's east, west, south or north provided that money is used in rebuilding and reconstructing existing roads that needs attention. I mentioned a particular road that requires attention, of which I'm not even from there. But seeing what people through using that road requires that the road be given an immediate attention. That's my concern |

DMerciful: The last time I checked the beach front belongs to the FG......they can decide to do anything there any time........even if they have an agreement with any investors ..... .but they will be duly compensated, if they have any agreement with the FG or state government. So I don't understand the crying is all about .... especially Landmark ......he can't tell me that he doesn't know the law about water fronts.......... 1 Like |

casualobserver:you are right anyway......But most of this people knows those areas are usually under government acquisition areas yet still purchase them .....its not even hidden a beach for that matter.........................the law that applies in Nigeria is more of socialist/welfarism less of capitalist they are all aware but since its a thriving venture they would still buy those lands 1 Like |
Who builds road on the coast? Tourist centres? Of what gain is building this road on the beach? This particular road can still run in the place already allotted for it during Jonathan regime. Bringing Obi in this is trash because Obi destroyed structures built on already existing road. Tinibu neglected the map set out for this Lagos-calabar coastal road, to deal with his political enemies, he went to beach to build a major road. Incredible[/quote You better shut up your dirty mouth before thunder strike you.Coastal Road has been marked for construction before Jonathan luckily bacame a Govenment not to talk of being a president. You people will just come online and starts spread false information ,which is causing serious hatred among the populace. Its high time Government started clamping down on you agent spreading false information. |

You're sending the right message to invesors esp foreign investors. If a govt wanna destroy your business, it can change the original route of a road and say its for public good. Govt can always come up with reasons, its called federal might. However, people are taking note Sleekfingers: |
