CAEP is a cultural exchange program within agriculture for the purpose of international young people to learn about agriculture in the United States, it's people and person to person diplomacy.

A prospective hosting company will create training plan for the international applicant with a program proposal. CAEP will assist and guide the program for you to learn from them. This program will allow you to earn money while working with the farm supervisor through the guided program.

To be part of this program, you must have education in agriculture OR five years of full-time agriculture work experience, be under 28 (enology 35) years of age, of good character and health and have a drivers license. If this applies to you, please email

$1500 program fees
The custom harvesting program is an opportunity to see the beautiful country of the United States, all while operating new combine and technology. Get exposed to a large custom harvesting operation and learn the most efficient harvesting methods alongside general maintenance skills and commodity marketing.
