but am doubtful if indeed efcc released this list, but if it is true, what are they waiting for? they should go after them and recover the huge amounts, that are more than enough to rebuild Nigeria, and that's if it were not to be re- looted . There is no type of country that these huge amounts wouldn't be enough to build or rebuild, with comfortable citizens living happily.
