I hope you are being sarcastic. First off ... the head of a country travels to another country to meet with the head of that country... not a governor. Then what does Antigua have to offer Lagos?.... nothing but music ... duty of the Minister of Culture//Tourism. Antigua.... population of 100 ooo ..... Surulere ... population of 750 000 .... Antigua.... like Nigeria depends on oil .... but have other sectors.... Antigua depends on tourism only .... tourists don't visit .... cruise ships don't arrive... they are finished. Lagos... 450 square miles..... Antigua...108 square miles... go figure.
