Allow the man to spend time in silence and think out strategies. He needs those sabbaticals. He needs to figure out how to print or mint the cash for Gilbert Chagoury's Hitech to complete the Coastal Road and most importantly, how the money can be mopped out of our Economy without causing massive inflation.

I will say, investment in cement and steel factories and that money is not showing up in mainstream economy, and no inflation.
