He has all this Wealth and yet he was cruel and wicked to poor people / cement suppliers , those who worked for him were treated with disdain, the man seems to derive pleasure in treating people badly from all the responses on this thread, I think he has a covenant of wickedness embedded in his life or alternatively part of the rituals of keeping his wealth was to be wicked to people, nonsense and his useless crime infested wealth

The Phone plaza at PTi was formerly Woodridge hotel built under the high tension so the then Gov. Ordered it be evicted. Gbagi was duly compensated with which he built THE GOLDEN TULIP one on the opposite side of the road.

Only for him to come back some years later to RECLAIM and remodel the former Woodridge rooms into shops which is the phone plaza today.

Then the Woodridge car park is where he built his filling station, all under HIGH TENSION.
Restraining order from court were ignored. The court bailiff who came to serve him had to flee for his life.

All complaints seized when he brought the then Gov Okowa to commission the filling station!

This i know but this men act as if they own it, there's golden tulip hotel at osadebe street Ajao estate lagos, this man owns propeties around the vicinity-he came in one day and told everybody in the hotel to leave and told the receptionist to refund their money.
