Now imagine this a village with say 300 rice farmers... They form a cooperative

Approach a bank gets loan at 10% interest for 5 years with 2 years being interest and repayment free

Since collectively the village have 2000 hectares

With the loan they can buy improved variety for rice that would yeiled say 6 tones

Loan can be used to build their own rice mill they... Farm, process and sale... What do you think would happen to their nnetworth
