When it comes to man and wife, one ought to tread carefully. No one knows what led to his resorting to physical assault? We have no access to the audio of the video, so whatever one concludes is just the tail of the elephant.
The issues nonetheless are worth considering:
1. What happens to his investments/ business following his deportation?
2. Just because wife/girlfriend/babymama/girl/woman beating is the norm socially in Kenya, no foreigner (especially the undisputed most hated specie of blacks 'Nigerian') is allowed to try it and get away with it...

Zimbos, Pakistanis, Somalis, Mozambicans, etc, and chief among them, The Nigerians. You're right other countries are gradually seeing the menace caused by these people, The Seychelles has even banned them entirely.
