Good morning everyone. Been following up on this section for a while. I am looking forward to building a house from scratch either in Owerri or south western region. My budget is 2 million naira and I hope to get a full plot of land and build to lintel level. Meanwhile if you have a land in this region and it comes with documents quote me here as I will send someone to check it out on my behalf. Please house what's your advice on what I should look out for when purchasing a land in Nigeria |

Godislove2:1. Use that 2 million and buy legit land with verified documents and fence it. 2. Buy Land that'll appreciate in value with time. Forget that south west to avoid regrets in the future Your 2 million will be enough for Land, fencing and gate depending on the location God that provided 2 million for you will bless your source of income so you can build comfortably.
