Its not. The UN has long ago declared the Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal. Yet Israel keeps expanding them and enslaving the Palestinians there. You dont even know whats going on. A Palestinian there cannot go to hospital with Israeli military permission. And they are locked up and surrounded by fences. Once a new Israeli settler comes, he will be escorted into the house of any Palestinian by the military and that Palestinian will be evicted and all their goods thrown out. That Israeli man or woman will arrive from anywhere in the world - and they are in fact not Israelis - they are Europeans.
