Rt. Hon. Victor Oko Jumbo has been elected as the New Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly.

Hon Jumbo represents Bonny State Constituency and is a member of the Ehie Edison-led faction loyal to the Rivers Government.

There are things you try when your own party is in power at the center.

But if your party is not in power, will the federal police recognise such shenanigans as valid?

All this rubbish started with PDP under Obasanjo.

Where the minority will say they have impeached the Governor, or their Speaker, and the police and the federal government will back them up until the court says otherwise as it always does for such obvious absurdities.
