Rt. Hon. Victor Oko Jumbo has been elected as the New Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly.

Hon Jumbo represents Bonny State Constituency and is a member of the Ehie Edison-led faction loyal to the Rivers Government.

Or the precedent you grave is for some set of people in the future to be defecting anyhow, constituting nuisance and still remain members of the house?
