I called sterling out best attacker in November.

Sterling then had 4 goals and 1 assist all from open play in. the league.

Palmer had 4 goals and 2 assists with all four goals from the penalty spots and sterling was responsible for causing I think two of those penalties.

When Palmer even started performing and sterling form reduced I even acknowledged it and called Palmer our current best attacker

Kimbeast:
Nope never, why will I be unhappy with a player that's performing. Sterling was our best attacker now Palmer has taken his spot. Sterling will now have to sit up and improve his performance.
but that childish and immature person who loves meaningless and pointless arguments won't stop mentioning my name for silly reasons. I won't even waste my time replying again.

Todd Boehly: “Hopefully, [Chelsea midfielder] Cole Palmer will become a household name [in the U.S.] soon. He’s been a phenomenon for us and so we’re thinking hard about how we continue to expand our brand in the U.S. That’s ultimately a priority as well” (via @TheAthleticFC)

Even in present day , Footballers still dish out worse tackles than the ones in the video compilation.

Officiating didn't stop Ramos from breaking Salah's arm in a champions league final. Players still dish out leg breaking tackles every season
The present day tackles is nothing like the one in this short video bro. Even the much brutal South American football does not have the near death tackles in their football anymore. This is brutal and i doubt anything in the last 30yrs can be worse than this.

In same period, Jackson had 6 goals in 11 matches, which was better than Sterling's. Why didn't you call him our best attacker? Because he would waste 4 chances before scoring 1, I guess? That's the same web that covered the meaningless Sterling's stats of 4 goals in 12 matches.

Palmer was creating big chances and Jackson and Sterling were fumbling most of them. Rest.

We are familiar with this game Don Carlo.

With Carlo Ancelotti the UCl always look scripted.
This magic didnt work for Bayern when he led us vs Madrid

Zidane a rookie coach went to Madrid and won 3 in a row

Maybe the magic is with Madrid and not with Carlo

The senior players wanted him out during the game vs Madrid which we lost home and away?

Was it after first half, first leg or when did the senior players want him out?

But since you used the word LEARNT you would be forgiven given your history with anything that has to do with learning

The team that cant lose vs the team that refuses to lose

You can’t compare the frequency and severity of those hospital tackles now to back then. Now there are rough tackles here and there, but previously it was a non-stop thing throughout a match.

It was in the early to mid-90s that they started making changes to open up football as it had become quite destructive and negative. Keepers could no longer pick up back passes and tackles from behind were outlawed. I think Van Basten’s premature retirement was a turning point.

Also it was a dislocated shoulder that made Salah abandon his team in a Champions League final, the same injury that Franz Beckenbauer played nearly an hour with a World Cup semi-final.

Footballers were not only rougher back then but they were tougher. Not only football but across all sports. Not only in sports actually.

Did you call Paolo Montero?

Montero was a nasty customer.

There were many back then. Neil Ruddock, Stuart Pearce a.k.a Psycho, Vinnie Jones, Gattuso, Pablo Alfaro a.k.a Doctor Death. He was a qualified medical doctor known for sending footballers to the hospital. He and Javi Navarro were Sergio Ramos' mentors at Sevilla.

I can never do a 360 turn on Ancelotti. He doesn't lose shamefully. When a coach does that,he loses my respect.
No one trusts you here. After going hensbenic on your evergreen love Poch, we expect you to turn on anyone.

Pep had humiliated Ancelotti the previous year. You simply gave him benefit of the doubt and he retained your "respect" by playing cowardly over the two - legged tie — a concession of Pep's superiority.

I understand that back then things were tensed and it's all about who can out muscle each other without the ref sending the offensive players out....but my point is that there will always be bad men in the game

Players like Ramos and Pepe got away with a lot of blood on their hands despite playing in the 2000's when we already have rules protecting the players.

We all saw Portugal vs Holland where tackles were flying left and right. I watched that match with my mum and she blurted in Yoruba " Awon eleyi ma para won tan o" ( These ones will unalive each other o) grin

Yesterday's match was more like checking the answer at the back of New General Mathematics textbook and working ur way back to the answer . 🤦 Like it was written already that Madrid will win, but the match officials had to work things back to make sure that happens .

The officiating messed up the match even tho I wanted Madrid to win from inception.

The linesman and ref could've allowed play continue for that Bayern goal. Madrid could still have won in extra time considering the fooolish subs Tuchel already made sef.

The officiating just ruined the match for everybody except for Madrid fans/Ancelloti Stans

Strange coincidence but seems plausible seeing as no coach removes two of his best players in a crucial match

you want Madrid to spend 100m+ on a 30yr old but not 0kobo on Mbappe undecided
