This is why I don't like military junta, because of the tyranny, high-handedness and other barbaric behavior under military regime.

This is what Military Dictatorship is all about. It's not about what idiots in Nigeria fantasize about.

It's the forceful acquisition of ANYTHING and ANYONE without consequence. They'll behave anyhow and take anything they want.

If a General wants your wife. She's a general's wife now. And if you so much as grunt in disapproval, they'll gun you down. And laugh about it too.

Military Dictatorship is a BAD idea. Especially in Africa where EXTREME wickedness is follow-come.
Only fools support military rule.

Konquest:

Dele Giwa got killed via the effects of a parcel bomb at his off Allen Avenue residence in Ikeja, Lagos State in 1986 (the same year Prof. 'Wole Soyinka won the Nobel prize for Literature) during the ruthless IBB military years.

Second, during the very corrupt and brutal years of the Abacha military dictatorship in the 1990s, a Journalist Bagauda Kaltho got killed via a bomb at Hamdala Hotel in Kaduna, Sylvester Odion Akhaine, Bayo Onanuga and Kunle Ajibade both of The News Magazine and other Journalists got arrested, beaten, and sent to isolated jails alongside several lawyers and pro-democracy activists. So, military rule isn't the BEST to be honest.

Look at how the Niger Republic military junta is blindly replacing the French and American forces in their country with the Russian forces... They are busy replacing one form of White neocolonialism with another form of White neocolonialism, instead of these people to learn to be truly independent and ONLY work in the area of partnerships with friendly countries around the world.
What they care about is regime survival–hence Russia. Those criminals in power aren't about the country, but some people are too delusional to see it.

The Media is a massive tool. Its how the west painted Ghadafi and Saddam as Terrorists. The main thing is Africa needs to take back control of its resources one way or the other.
So you think Ghadafi and Saddam weren't bad people. That all it took to make them look bad was the media. Good for you.

That's what will happen to many Nairaland cyber critics who are advocating for a military coup in Nigeria, just because their candidate lost an election. They will all be picked up in the middle of the night and sent to Sambisa to fight the dreaded Boko Harams.

Ghadafi had Libya debt Free. Ghadafi was the best thing that ever happened to Libya. Do U know what Saudi and Iran have done to the Middle East through funding proxy wars? Do U know how America created ISIS and how if Sadam was Alive Sadam would have crushed them. Go check Syrian war, if not that Russia stepped in to help AlAssad He too will be labelled terrorist leader

Well if you are that patriotic to criticize the military operations, you should be brave enough to pick up a weapon to do better than the soldiers.
Here we have people in our country who have been criticizing our military operations against boko haram and even mocking the army. But give them 🔫 to fight and dem go piss for pant.
Much respect to the army.
And for the record, there is lots of forced conscription happening daily in Ukraine, a western-backed democratic country. So let us rest.
Burkina Faso is at war right?

Apc won.

The thing is,most Nigerians voted against apc. Apc went from 19 million votes in 2019 to 8 million votes in 2023.

The problem was Obi and kwankwaso took votes from pdp in the SE and north and middle belt. Also, pdp lost Benue. Atiku ended up losing 7 million votes.

Had pdp been united, apc would have lost and agbado master would have been forced to retire along with buhari
Apc won just like river state right?

Rivers was funny yes, but the thing is, if the votes for non apc parties went to one party, apc would have lost.

The thing is, a united opposition always wins ..a disunited one doesn't

Oga, apc comes distance 3th if not 4th in the last presidential election, let just stop deceiving ourselves and expecting good things to happen in this country.
