The Roads in some parts of this Country are in their worst state today. Some of these Roads are eyes sore. Government needs to wake up to its responsibilities.

Akin to a daft and selfish father with hungry kids at home who lack school fees to return to school. Then one day Dad comes home with a new set of threads and a silly look on his face! And when he's asked by his long-suffering wifey to explain himself, he says he has to look good to project the family in a 'positive light' to the neighbours! You couldn't make it up! sad

PS- For those who don't get the analogy, i'm alluding to the stupidity of going on a flight of fancy....ie, building a multi-billion dollar coastal road when decrepit and dangerously failed roads exist all over the country!

Tinupoo hasn't created any job or attracted any investor since his almost one year in office but he's destroying roads and businesses for his Lebanese bestie.

No problems since he has hundreds of Aso rock animals on his payroll to defend his ineptitude and gaslight any opposition voice.

Like buhari like tinubu like their supporters...no difference

I have lived in Nigeria for more than 30 years, that's all my life tho..lol
Nothing can wow me again... actually I am wowed when the government mistakenly do the right thing one day..

It just seems as if the so-called leaders take delight in doing only the wrong things (someone said it is in doing the wrong things that they can have more to steal)

Most of these roads have been appearing in the National Budget for the past 20 years.. but for some selfish corrupt reasons, they can't be done or completed.. a classical example is the Abaji-Lokoja road..

Nigeria would start to turn around the day we make death sentence or life imprisonment as punishment for stealing public funds meant for development.. nobody would be killed tho but it would as least bring some sanity and serve as deterrent from this senseless stealing of our common wealth..🤔🤔

As late former president Yar'Adua once said, these are extreme measures but the situation in Nigeria requires extreme measures to tackle..

Or if they should make it a law that if you are caught stealing one million naira, you would be made to return 10million to the State.. that would also serve as a deterrent. People would apply government money to what it is meant for..

What we have right now is that they would steal enough money and use part of same to secure SANs and bribe judges heavily when called to account.. the one that came to court today was even waving at his fans..🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

If you know the number of times that particular road has been awarded as well as the humongous amounts of money that have been siphoned through that avenue, your blood will boil with righteous indignation.

There is something fundamentally wrong with the black race.

Some are saying the government shouldn't have started the Calabar road project because there are many other roads to fix!

You'll always fix road every year! And the SEs among those singing the above song didn't say the same thing when Buhari was building the second 9ja bridge!

Buhari we don't need second 9ja bridge!
Go and fix our roads!

What is this?

I hope the government declares a state of emergency on our interstate roads cry

Meanwhile, the Federal Government has mandated POS operators to formalise their businesses by registering with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) before July 7th. It will be considered a criminal offence to operate a POS without a formal registration with CAC after this date.

We are offering a massive discount for POS operators cluster group of 40 persons and above.

Individual business name registration is N18,000 but if you come as a cluster group of 40 persons and above, we will be offering a discount of N2000 per business registration.

Having helped over 6000 people register their businesses, we have a proven track record of excellence.

Forget the roads, the concern of the Agbado President is fx. After all, he uses the air not the roads.
Re: The deplorable state of some Roads In Nigeria (video/pictures) by Nobody:
People should demand more from their state govs. State Govs v answers to bad roads within their states aside those they call federal roads.
The country is retrogressing in infrastructure. If it's a lie, let's start from electricity supply?
This year's the lowest supply since 1999 and it's the most expensive based on charges or NEPA bills given to customers.
Na lie?
Governance no be by force, if you aren't capable, don't add to the misfortune of Nigeria. Biko resign. No be by force. Pity life, people too dey suffer!
Suffering is on promax!
