The current governor has immunity which covers him within the government house.

No arrest can be made there.

I mean, can't a court release a warrant to this effect?

Can't EFCC obtain a warrant from the court to arrest him inside the government house?

This guy is making things difficult for himself.
Just watch, EFCC will bungle the investigation themselves. Their prosecurtors and lawyers are thieves, after mo ey have exchanged hands, they will go and strike deal with bellos camp and leave opening for him to explore, just watch. The next thing u will jear, court will throw away a lot of those charges because efcc prosecutors will use their hands to render evidence useless

Na now I appreciate Fayose who appeared at EFCC office with a customized wear with inscription EFCC HERE I AM. Salute bro, let's watch and see for how long someone can hide from arrest in our country like a white-rat.

nothing like prosecution, it's clear persecution. Very unfortunate EFCC chairman using his position to settle personal problem

That's not correct. The Governor's immunity doesn't not extend to those living with him.

The court should give a ruling, directing IGP to order his arrest from Government House and hand it over to EFCC to produce in the court. YB is a senior thief.

If you know your intention is to go into politics to steal public money to enrich yourself, it is better you rethink because you may not be lucky like someone else. If you must be rich, go and hustle well legally in your business. Nobody will arrass Dangote, Billigate or Zucerbag sources of money because everybody knows they are into private businesses. You may not be lucky with government money and infact you may hate yourself why you venture into politics to enrich yourself by the time EFCC addup and force you to vomit more than the money you stole. By the time yayah Bello is dealt with, he may not even be left with five million in his account and those big friends and ladies surrounding him now will vanish into thin air once he has nothing to offer them anymore. Be wise !
Re: Court Blames Yahaya Bello, Restates Order For His Arrest by Confirmedzombie: 1:37pm On May 10
They cannot arrest Bello until the kogi state high injunction is vacated.

Any attempt to forcefully arrest Bello, we the Nigerian youths will resist it.

The rule of law must be upheld. We say NO to Judicial rascality.

Im senior lawyer and we stand with Bello.

How is youth defined?
And why is so much fuss made about Yahaya bello as a so called Youth
Is he the Youngest governor in Nigerian history?
Is he the second or the third youngest? No he is not
He became governor at 40
Gowon , Muhammad , Obasanjo all became head of state before 40
Buhari became Head of state at 41
Orji Uzor kalu ,, Donadl Duke, James Ibori Jim Nwobodo Abubakar Rimi were all younger governors so why all this noise about youth and Yahaya Bello as if he is some kind of pacesetter or youngest governor ever
There were so many military governors that were much younger even Buhari was governor of the North Eastin his 30s

The white lion has suddenly turned a black mole. A big disgrace to a man who should be a reference to the teaming Nigerian youths. Shame to Nigeria's number one greedy mole. This nonsense noise maker who committed several atrocities in Kogi State government house should make himself available for accountability. I remember Hadjia Aisha Buhari apologize on his behalf and pleading to the people of Kogi State to vote him for a second tenure. Is this all the bragging of the white lion and the deafening noise? SHAME!!!

Abracadabra the more you see the less you understand.

It is like one before taking sip a drink he sees a cat than after one sip he sees a lion after another sip he sees a tiger after another sip he sees a leopard after another sip he sees a jaguar and after another sip he is lost and confused and therefore checks the label of the drink staring at its content.

Judges don't like it when you disobey a court order.

The man needs to submit himself to appearing before the court.

That is the only way, otherwise he'll make things worse for himself.

But the DSS, EFCC disobey court orders. The Judge is right but knows he's talking rubbish in today's Nigeria.
