I want good doctors to explain this. My wife test results of pregnancy using blood sample and urine is positive but scanning shows negative. She experience spotting not bleeding. I need a good advice please.

Blood test is more accurate

Wait for 2weeks and scan again

If she's not up to 6-8weeks, the scan may not pick anything. You probably did it too early.

Repeat the scan after a month

Ultrasound scans don't give positive or negative results. It's gives the viability and positioning of the foetus. Can you post verbatim what exactly the scan results produced?

Thanks. I prefer calling to explain but someone said until it is 2 months

Repeat the test again. If it's still positive, wait until the time period earlier stated then go to a good scan centre and repeat it. If nothing is detected, see a doctor (as you would either ways).
