These are internal affairs of a political party. Again, issues surrounding delegates are pre-primary matters and the Courts are divested from entertaining same.

In short, the Court has no business in pre-primary affairs. IT IS A STRICT PARTY AFFAIR.

Again, Jimoh Ibrahim is not saying he won the Primary election... He is saying the process leading up to the Primary (that is issues surrounded the delegateship) was fraught with irregularities.

The Supreme Court held this position in Timi Alaibe v Douye Diri per Rhodes-Vivour JSC (as he then was).

This matter is a waste of judicial time, infact, the lawyer will be advised to withdraw the suit.
