I want someone to explain each line using laymen language

I'm not a medical personnel, but the conclusion of the test clearly shows she has PCOS which translates to Hormonal Imbalance.

I'm sure the doctor who recommended the test told you this?

Only God knows what's always wrong with some people. A professor of OBGYN and a fertility specialist did a scan and issued a result, he couldn't be asked every question running through your mind but you prefer NL "doctors" for info.
To even say this is a Prof who is willing to explain, in details and simplest terms, whatever it is you seek makes it funnier.
