EFCC Arrests Three Siblings For Internet Fraud In Makurdi; Recovers N3.5m & Car by Newlymarried(op): 6:35pm On May 20, 2024
Operatives of the Makurdi Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested three brothers for suspected internet fraud.

The suspects were arrested along New Garage, Wadata area of Makurdi on Friday, May 17, 2024.

The commission in a statement on Sunday, May 19, said the suspects, Abubakar Sadiq Adejoh, Mohammed Habib Adejoh and Solomon Adejoh allegedly specialise in diverting customers' funds from their accounts to a Point of Sale, POS, terminal for withdrawal.

Items recovered from them include a car, six mobile phones, one laptop and cash totalling N3,562,750.00 (Three Million Five Hundred and Sixty Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty Naira) only.


They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded

May justice prevail.

Meanwhile, this thread will likely be peaceful because the criminals do not bear Igbo names. Most of the comments will focus on the criminals and not on their tribe. That is right. But if the criminals are Igbo, most of the comments will wrongly condemn the entire Igbo tribe and drag Obi and IPOB. Every tribe has criminals but bigots on this forum act as only the Igbo tribe has criminals.

How many people have they arrested in aso rock..? Wicked agency.. They will seat and see the height of crime from the high places.. They won't talk or do any arrest.. Na small..! small..!! boys hustling for food they will see and catch. Bad corrupted agency.

Good job, but the humanitarian minister who transfer government fund to private accounts was not treated that way and her properties was not siege. Yaya Bello is still working free. You can fight crime be pardoning thief and punishing those who are victim of circustances and expect decrease in crime rate.
