Nothing is impossible in Nigeria.I kind of believe that this is true.We Nigerians always want to cash out.I don't believe the Boko Haram insurgents and other criminal activities especially in the NE and NW would've lingered this long if the military was not benefitting from it.

Few years ago, four soldiers escorting about 200 million naira on the order of certain general absconded with the cash and till today they are nowhere to be found, tho the said general has been handled a sentence but the source of the money and it purpose remains a mystery
