That was exactly what I experienced today, I had more than 3mins more buh the network was so bad, I just couldn't do anything here

It's not a problem, go to where there is better service. I also experienced it.

I couldn’t even answer more than 5 questions. Network was terrible. Is there a way they can be reached?

my friend and I did. It kept on logging me out and it was taking me back to questions I had already answered

The problem wasn't the network. I did a speed test before I started. There is a glitch in their system. The same thing happened to a friend of mine who took the test. It kept taking me back to questions I had already answered. The error prompt kept popping up, and the timer was still counting even after it said the test had been paused. The system logged me out. A lot went wrong with the assessment. I have been checking online to see if I can send a complaint to the hiring team, but I cannot find their email address. If anyone finds it, please send.

They've rescheduled my test for tomorrow. Since they said they noticed that I had issues during it. I was only able to answer three questions during the test and then I couldn't do anything again, tried to login again with a code they sent to my email but I didn't see the same questions which I answered and experienced issues again.

I just got a mail for a retake of the speed test tomorrow who else did?

Who did a retake and how was it,I just mailed them the experience was as terrible as the previous one,so poor filled with error messages.

I also had the same issue, but the messaged me a day after with another link to redo the test and I went to a more suitable area with better network

Got the same mail but not the same pre-screening date. Maybe we're meant to read interview questions, I don't know. But considering how far we've come, is one meant to concerned they won't scale through?

PS. Is alternative bank same thing with sterling bank?

No, alternative bank is now a standalone bank operating on a non-interest banking licence. It used to be a banking window under Sterling Bank, but now a subsidiary of the Hold Co. Structure (proposed).

From Altbank. But the venue for my pre-screening is sterling. When I did a little research, Altbank was a subsidiary of sterling but now a new standalone non-interest bank.
