Stop talking nonsense, who completed the bridge ? Lagos - sokoto highway was initiate over 20 years ago . So if BAT completes it you’ll attribute to the person that laid the first block ? You can acknowledge the person for bringing the idea,

not the expenses of building the project. Just like a dead beat dad that have birth to a child and abandon him , the fathers legacy will always be there , but in reality the step dad did all the expense to raise the child up .

Jonathan Laid the foundation to 2nd Niger bridge , he initiated it but didn’t complete it because he wasn’t re- elected . Show me a picture of the bridge under Jonathan I’ll arrest my case. I used to ply first Niger bridge at least twice or thrice a year under Jona so I know the progress of the 2nd Niger bridge.
