The earlier Nigerians get rid of the so called traditional rulers who never vied for people's vote, the better. The traditional rulers insert themselves into finance, politics, and management instead of limiting their roles to keeping the traditions and culture. They must be removed, or at least their roles modified to have the least say in a democratic society.
